Accountability & Transparency
ZACE is committed to the highest standards of corporate governance. The Board presents audited financial statements and an annual report to members at the Annual General Meeting. All major decisions are made collectively by the Board and are subject to ratification by the membership where required by the Constitution.
Members are encouraged to participate actively in the governance of the Association through attendance at general meetings, participation in committees, and standing for election to the Board.
Constitution & By-laws
The Association operates under a formal Constitution and set of By-laws that define the rights and obligations of members, the structure and powers of the Board, and the procedures for general meetings and elections.
Copies of the Constitution and By-laws are available to all members through the Members' portal. Proposed amendments to the Constitution require approval by a two-thirds majority at a General Meeting.
